Prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but orders will be invoiced based on the current prices at the time of ordering.
Orders can be placed directly via our website. Upon ordering, you will receive a confirmation email with details about your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of incorrect information or other unforeseen issues.
We offer various payment methods based on customer group and agreement type. The payment terms are as follows:
For individual customers, payment is made via Vipps. For one-time purchases, you also have the option to pay by card. When choosing a subscription, the payment will be automatically deducted at the start of each subscription period. The agreement and status of the subscription can be easily checked in the Vipps interface within the Vipps app.
For one-time payments, access will be available for 1 month from the time of purchase. After this period, you will automatically be returned to the Basic subscription (free). Routes created during the Plus subscription cannot be modified after the Plus period ends.
When choosing a commitment period of 3, 6, or 12 months, the subscription price will be locked at the agreed amount throughout the commitment period. The price for these subscriptions is reduced because you commit for a longer period. The longer the commitment period, the greater the discount. The subscription will automatically renew at the end of the commitment period at the current price unless canceled before the end of that period. Any routes created during a Plus subscription cannot be modified after the subscription is terminated.
For teams, organizations, schools, or companies that enter into a contract with FotsporTech AS, an alternative payment method is offered based on a unique code. The code is specific to the customer and can be used by as many users as agreed with FotsporTech AS. The code is entered in the account settings by the users who will use it. The code is locked to the user during the agreement period. The code can also be locked to a specific domain so that only users with email addresses matching the domain (e.g., @bergen-kommune.no) get access, but this is optional. The code is valid for the number of users agreed in the contract, and commercial restrictions can be set on its use if agreed. When the subscription is purchased, the code will contain information about the expiry date and other necessary details. A log of all users who have used the code is automatically created and can be retrieved if needed.
You have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days from the order date, provided that the service has not been used. To exercise the right of withdrawal, please contact us at support@fotspor.mobi with your order details.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time via your user account or by contacting us at support@fotspor.mobi. Upon cancellation, access to paid services will continue for the remainder of the current subscription period. No refunds will be given for unused time in the subscription.
