General Conditions
By using the Fotspor application ("App") or visiting our website (fotspor.mobi), you accept these terms of use. If you do not agree to the terms, please refrain from using the App or website.
General Disclaimer
FotsporTech AS is not responsible for damages incurred while using the app. This includes, but is not limited to, physical injuries, property loss, or other damages resulting from the use of the services. We encourage route creators to ensure that checkpoints posted in Fotspor are not placed in locations that could harm those following the route. Similarly, we encourage route creators to verify that the areas where checkpoints are placed are not on private property or in any way lead users to locations that are not accessible to the public. Fotspor does not permit usage that could endanger end users or direct them to areas where they do not have access rights.
Disclaimer for AI-generated Routes
FotsporTech AS provides an AI-based route generator that can suggest post placements and content for users. We disclaim all responsibility for the accuracy, safety, or legality of routes generated by this functionality. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that points are placed in locations that comply with applicable laws, guidelines, and generally accepted norms.
We especially encourage users to:
- To avoid placing markers on private property without permission.
- To ensure that markers are not placed in dangerous or inaccessible locations that could expose others to harm.
- To follow FotsporTech AS's publishing and safety guidelines.
Publishing Rules
Users of Fotspor must adhere to the following content publishing rules:

Content Removal and Account Deletion
